delicious banana nutella crepes

I completely forgot to tell you about my List. I made a list of some childhood favorite foods that I miss, or have never tried, and am working my way through. It’s not too long, but it has some essentials.
I’ll name a few- Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Pop Tarts, Entenmann’s chocolate cake or donuts, granola parfaits, Cream of Wheat, and (this one upon Kelly’s request) KFC biscuits. So far I’ve tried Pop Tarts, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, and a granola parfait. All really good. I do hope you’re opinion of me hasn’t hit the floor yet. At least the Pop Tarts were the organic brand.
The crepes weren’t on my list. But I tried nutella crepes (actually, some of my friends’) in Italy, and I’ve been craving them ever since. I copped out a little bit and bought the premade crepes from Whole Foods (I was in no mood to play around) and although they still fell apart despite the little effort required on my part, they were so so so good. It was pure nutella-banana goodness. They couldn’t have been simpler.
Banana and Nutella Crepes
1 premade crepe (or if you’re ambitious, homemade)
1/4 cup nutella
1/2 banana, sliced crosswise
Heat a large saute pan and lightly grease. Place crepe in pan. After a minute or two, flip the crepe. Spread nutella around the inside of the crepe, leaving at least a 1-inch border along the outside. Place sliced bananas on one side of the crepe (try not to put too many in the middle). Fold the crepe in half, making sure to fold the banana-less side over the banana-ful side. Fold in half again to resemble a triangle-ish shape. Remove from heat and enjoy!
